This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services purchased from DesignDevelopDeploy.
Project Cancellations
Project cancellations must be requested in writing. Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage, work completed, and contractual terms. Upfront payments for third-party tools or licenses are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days.
Change Requests
Changes in project scope may impact timelines and costs. We will inform you of any adjustments prior to proceeding.
